Johor Bahru

Mee Bandung Muar is a famous dish from Johor Bahru because of the authenticity of it's flavour that originated from JB. People will definitely have a go at this famous dish everytime they're in JB.
Its gravy mildy spicy and gravy is made with diced cubed of beef, shrimps, cuttlefish, and the signature grainy sambal made mainly with ground shrimps, chili and spices,



'Sambal Kicap'
Normally people eat goreng pisang or tempe with 'sambal kicap'. It has signature of Johor Bharu.



Soto is a well known food from Johor Bharu. 
It is nasi impit served with chicken soup and sambal kicap.
Asam Pedas.
The specialty of asam pedas in Johor is their spicyness and the original taste of using 'ikan parang', 'ikan sembilan' or any fish that can make it taste more delicious. They also add tomatoes, ladies' finger, bunga kantan, pickles spinach and sort of vegetables in it.


Lontong.
People normally eat lontong with nasi impit and its gravy that is made of coconut milk. It can also be eaten together with sambal tumis udang or bilis for a richer taste.
